Positive affirmations
When we wake up, the first thing we usually think about is feeding our body, while having a cup of coffee. However, we can forget something just as important: feeding our spirit. The mind is constantly stimulated by our thoughts and beliefs, which is why feeding it with positive affirmations before starting the daily routine or even during it, can make a difference in the way we see the things that are happening to us.
Remember that repeating your affirmations should be the first thing you do in the day. Repeat the affirmations for 5 minutes, where you are totally focused on them and in each of them try to visualize yourself achieving your goals and feeling what you are affirming.

Positive affirmations teach us to believe in our own talents and abilities to face life. Many times we focus only on the negative things that happen to us, forgetting that we have a world full of possibilities that we ourselves are creating with our attitude and dedication.
Keep in mind that you can achieve better and greater results by combining positive affirmations to start the day with other activities of concentration and body and mental care, such as Yoga, meditation, physical exercise, reading, among others. All these activities are essential so that your mornings are marked by your own ritual, a ritual directed at yourself, here and now.
From now on, remember to accompany your morning coffee with a good portion of positive affirmations that feed your thoughts and your soul.
